No. Communism, in theory, is collective ownership. Under socialism, you can still own things. There are just limits on how much you can have. I was watching some program where they practiced some social justice. The manager of the store or store chain was limited to "only" making 25 times what the average worker made. Also, for a time, top management in many U.S. companies were making around 400 times what the average worker made. And when Bill Gates was running microsoft, the amount of money he made in just one minute was obscene. As for White Supremacy, it can be defined. The problem is that doing so would show it to be justified. What forum would allow that to happen.

You can own things under Socialism, which Socialists call "personal property," but the means of production are controlled by everyone. So there is no "private property."
It's similar with Communism, but because there's no government, it's not really enforced. That's why a lot of Communists use the term "common ownership" since it's kinda different and not regulated.
