Last time I was there I took my kids to see MLK's place and the car next to mine was broken into. Nice fucking town you got there, Blackie. :pke:

Atlanta has some excellent places and some crappy places. Like most big cities.

I love Little Five Points.

One would think that a museum dedicated to the memory of a national hero would be better tended by its neighbors.

There is an area of Winston-Salem that has historically been occupied by former slaves and their descendants since the 1860's. It has a cemetery with crude headstones of its oldest former inhabitants. I did some work in the area at one time and discovered it, finding it in complete disrepair and a depository for litter and trash from the surrounding residences. It is a shame that these folks disrespect their proud heritage.

Never been to Dragonmead .. but I'll let you buy me a pub there when I'm next in Detroit. :0)

WARNING: If I drink a pub of beer you will have to deliver my corpse to the authorities.

Most women can outdrink me .. as well as more than a few teenagers.

Well you'd be more than welcome at my AMVETS post as well. And it'd be far cheaper.

because if you brandish a gun at a Presidential townhall meeting about healthcare, you damn sure do it to intimidate people, BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE IS CARRYING ONE OR BRANDISHING IT to talk about healthcare. Comprende? So trying to create an issue about the right to carry in that state when there wasn't one is just BS.
A gun in a holster is not brandishing. not now, never was.

Blackwater is a private security firm that was used to police New Orleans during Katrina. They did this because the National Guard was stretched....a good portion of them doing the Shrub's PNAC wet dream work in Iraq. Check into reports of abuses done by them, and how the neocon driven GOP tried to pass legislation that shielded them from prosecution while under gov't contract. Throw that into the mix of "potential" armed revolt in this country....because no one is asking exactly "who" will be revolting against what.

don't forget also, that several volunteers from law enforcement agencies around the country also filled 'security' roles, like California Highway Patrol.

A gun in a holster is not brandishing. not now, never was.

Its easier to call them dangerous if carrying a gun is the same "brandishing" or even "menacing".

Its all part of the language designed to make gun control more appealing.

A. Not a parade
B. Surely that was satire. The usurpers will be the teabagger crowd .. white and rural. They dare not step into the cities with that bullshit.

Real easy to bomb farms.

See: Waco and Ruby Ridge .. to see where your movement is headed.

don't think that they didn't learn from those two events. murrah building anyone?

Atlanta is the heart of the south.

Busiest airport in the world.

Host to all major sporting events.

A downtown that sparkles and is one of the world's most beautiful at night.

A mix of black and white cultures that results in a thriving business community.

Yet all the moron could find was a car broken into .. as if I believe his racist ass took his kids to see MLK in the first place.

What city does the moron live in that's more thriving than Atlanta? Most likely Buttfuck, Texas.

Who gives a fuck what morons do?

What they learned is the same thing all criminals learn .. you can't outgun the government so they take to terrorist tactics that blow up men and women, and murder innocent children that don't have a goddamn thing to do with their bullshit cause. They are cowards.

I'm awakened to another depth in insanity of many Americans who find excuse for the mass-murder of innocent people .. not suggesting that's what you're doing, but goddamn, the evil in people who do is incredible.

Yet we chase "terrorists" all over the world who threaten American life and spend trillions of dollars doing it .. yet such incredible evil exists right here in America .. and some make excuses for it.

Those who would engage in this terrorism should be met with all the force necessary to kill them over and over again. Foreign terrorism is evil, but there is a special place in Hell for motherfuckers who would mass-murder their own countryman because they didn't get their way.

What are we? Iraqis?

here's the thing. there will be individuals who do these acts for all the wrong reasons or they commit them when they aren't warranted, because other means of redress are still available. These are the people that are complete and total liabilities to any cause. These are the cowards you speak of.

But there comes a time when all men must make the decision, just like our founders did, that after being disregarded and rebuffed for redress time and again, that violent action is warranted. IF/WHEN that time comes, it will not be a small group of people marching on a military base. It will be a war of people vs. people. It will be this way because those that feel disenfranchised will remove the people responsible for it, those that either endorsed and/or supported it. It will not be some small group of wingnuts. It will not be some small group of 'tea partiers' or birthers. It will not be some small group of KKK individuals because there's a black man in the white house. It will be a very large chunk of american citizens who have gotten tired of not being listened to by their supposed representatives and have been the victims of government aggression for their initial peaceful refusal to follow edicts that harm them too greatly.

The picture you posted in the previous message, a clearly agonizing scene. I weep for the child caught up in something it would have no idea existed nor the capability to even comprehend it. I could also be extremely crude and rude and say you posted it for purely emotional reasons in an attempt to paint any 'rebellious' militia person as a baby killer. In the end, it won't matter anyway. IF a large enough group of people say 'no more', you'll see lots more of those pictures, but it will be the result of all parties involved.

people think the civil war was bloody, they'll be mortified for generations to come if it ever comes time to assert independence again.

LOL You don't even have the balls to address me directly.

We went to the MLK museum and his parent's house one day, and the Coke museum the next. He was a great Republican, remember? :pke:

And "The Beautiful Yadkin Valley" ain't in Texas, Blackie. :pke:

As always I appreciate your thoughful response, however, the uprising you speak of exists ONLY in the minds of right-wingers. NOBODY else is talking about taking up arms against the government.

It all makes no sense whatsoever. The right supports GEORGE BUSH, the worst president in American history and the man who brought an end to the American Century for 8 years .. and 8 months after Obama gets in office they're talking armed revolution.

Sorry brother, I have no empathy or concern about what a group of moron terrorists think about anything. I do not nor will I engage in any attempts to paint these fucking terrorists as anything other than fucking terrorists.

I didn't have to search for that picture of Baylee Almon because it is in my library and at one time it was my screensaver on one of my computers. It is a scene that should never be forgotten and it rightfully SHOULD paint all scum motherfuckers that would blow up innocent children or in any way shape of form be involved with groups that would as the scum bastards that they are.

ANY excuse/justification for that coiwardly act is in itself demonic.

The man has come completely unhinged. If I didn't know any better, I would say he must be the bosom brother of Prakosh in his complete nose dive off the deep end.

Kind of gives you the "horbs" imagining what his face looks like when he so obviously loses it here.

Aye Carumba! A spectacle I tell you!

Here .. let me address you directly.. FUCK YOU .. how's that? :0)

I don't respond to you because you're a fucking moron. I don't need your thought.

I'm having lots of good conversatiuon without wasting time on a moron.

And just for giggles, I don't give a fuck where "Yadkin Valley" is. What I do know is that I don't want to live any place where the major industry is wine. They couldn't afford me.

Good luck with the TARP money .. :0)

I'm obviously getting under your black skin, Blackie: "as if I believe his racist ass took his kids to see MLK in the first place." Although it's been 8 or 9 years since I was there, "axe" me a question about the place. :pke:

and in fact, there is large scale resentment against it. It is seen in Detroit as just another manifestation of racism. Black president .. let's destroy the country.

which is ridiculous, as we'd be bitching just a bad if Clinton was president and doing the same thing.....
