Yes it was intended to be humorous, a sarcasm. Russian trolls are known to infiltrate the social media and forums with propaganda and such to influence.

My first question is why? My second is who determines what's "disinformation" and "falsehoods"? Stuff you don't like to hear isnt a very useful standard. Lastly if you think it's disinformation or falsehoods, ignore it
