And that evidence points to illegal escalation of a non-hostile situation leading to a death.

This is how it’s going to pan out. There will be charges brought by the state. The feds will try to obstruct things at every turn, but eventually the state will have access.

The Feds are going to hope that the first shot was fatal. That’s their ONLY hope for self defense that a jury might buy. If it wasn’t, the next two shots after the car had passed is no longer self defense and he doesn’t stand a fucking chance.

Nope they say it based on videos from multiple angles. She gunned her car spun the wheels while they were aimed at the agent then struck him. You cannot provide videos on the shootings from multiple angles that prove otherwise. Mr. Magoo.
