and now for your comment about your hubby serving with the 173rdAB at Dak To...1967... this action was by the 101stAB...as well as again in 1969 'Hamburger Hill...46 dead 400 wounded...please have your hubby join and explain how the 173rd was at Dak To as you stated!...Thanks!

side note: You by your own admission were like 12years old in 1967 and married your hubby some 7 years after the so called 173rd battle at Dak To...try again when you come to your senses!

Yes froggie I could have did the same google search as you...however I just attempted to get your hubby in this forum as I do not like hearing war stories via proxy...fyi yes the 173rd AB along with the 101st AB and the 1st Brigade of the 1st Cav division(Air Mobile) and a myriad of attached and supporting units were all assigned to the Dak To theater from 1967-1969 under the command and control of the 4th Infantry Divison...


as for doing the math...you claimed at first to have married(were with?) your hubby in 1974 now you are saying you moved in with him in Alaska in 1975 and married in 1978...still ,what this has to do with Dak To is beyond my comprehension as you were but a child in 1967-1969

but you were in the stockade...we already covered this us cit...I was in Armor as most armored cav units were assigned duty with airmobile as tanks weren't used all that much because of the terrain...
