That is the only way to stop the attacks on Israel. If the objective to protect Israel and to stop the attacks, Iran will have to be invaded. Otherwise, the attacks will go on and on and on and on forever.
At this point, invading Iran, or bombing Iran and causing a regime change, is the only answer. Hamas has already been slaughtered by the IDF, even though they never attacked Israel. So now, how will Team Israel explain subsequent attacks on Israel by Iran and its proxies? Answer: They will continue to blame Hamas and Team Israel will continue believing it.
When Trump or others invade Iran, some clever cover story will be crafted, but what I wrote above is the reason. Now it's the only option if the attacks on Israel are to stop, considering Iran's theocracy which compels Iran's leadership to destroy Israel.
