To win the Senate, Republicans have to flip one seat from Democrat to Republican. Oz is looking less and less likely in PA, so that is a seat flipping from Republican to Democrat. And that means that Republicans have to flip two seats. There are only 14 Democrat seats to flip, so that will be tough.
Basically put, even if the Republicans win 60% of the Senate elections in 2022, they will lose.
