I point out that illegals cannot vote, are criminals and could be subject to deportation, now why , pray tell , is thst an awfull post.
It is a fact.

I think you should put it in the Republican Party platform, introdouce legislation and make sure everyone hears about Rush's wonderful idea.

I never thought it would happen but maybe the LP can be a major party.

First of all, Rush is talking about people who are here illegally, not legal aliens gaining legitimate citizenship. Secondly, the constitution simply does not grant you the right to vote. We have a myriad of restrictions and requirements, most notably, an age requirement. If this were "granted by the constitution" such discrimination could not exist.

Back to the point Rush was making. I don't know how familiar you are with Limbaugh, but for the past 15 years he has made a career of illustrating absurdity with the absurd. THIS is THAT! We all know that he is not serious, he is attempting to illustrate that liberals are absurd when they claim they are just trying to help the poor immigrants. They are most certainly angling for new democrat voters.

His idea is unorthodox, but very plausible and rational. Current illegal immigrants already living in America, do not have the right to vote! They are not supposed to be voting in elections! If that is how Obama won the election, and what is actually happening out there, we need to end that immediately and nullify the last election. Illegal immigrants have no voting rights, they have no citizenship rights either. Rush is proposing granting them citizenship, they just wouldn't be able to vote (they currently can't vote) for 25 years. How is that denying them anything they currently have?
