Interesting post. I often wonder if those who do not believe in evolution or our biological nature ever see themselves naked? This is a divisive subject so long as there are lots of people who feel strongly about one issue; they often vote or don't vote based on that single item. Scary thing for a democracy.

My point was that your claim "most free" is unprovable despite your contention that it's an "obvious fact". If it was "an obvious fact" you would be presenting some evidence for your claim instead of making further, unprovable claims such as "Which country has MORE rights to expression and ownership". Again, just unprovable and hyperbole.

things like creationism as just a symtom of what is wrong with a democracy

if enough people 'believe' something then it takes hold and others begin to think (believe) it may be so

belief is easier to accept than studying facts
