Why are right-wingers such insecure pansies about wearing masks???

I'm about the same way. I don't need to unnecessarily get into a fight with store employees of something like that. But I sure as hell am not going to wear one just because the governor or president or some other lame assed politician said I have to.

I just find the right's hypocrisy interesting. They don't want to be "forced" to sell gay couples a cake, but then, when they enter a store, they suddenly don't want to be told that they can't shop there without a mask.

No, Trumpcucks are Fascists who see Trump as a dictator. That's why they blindly believe anything he says, even though he lies pathologically.
Biden sets bad examples too, but you don't see his supporters going around sniffing girls' hair.

The 2 party system lead us to 2 choices, 2 pedophiles with dementia.

Just 1 of the pedophiles with dementia is a Narcistic megalamaniac like Hitler & Stalin.

I hate the two party system and both choices this time are terrible. But Trump definitely is beyond worse, so I'll be voting for Biden.

So we are being asked to inconvenience ourselves by wearing masks for a few months in order to slow the spread of or hopefully contain a deadly virus.

Intelligent civilized adults on the left say "OK, that sounds like a reasonable request, even if in the end, it turns out to not have been as effective as we'd have liked it to be, it's still worth the minor inconvenience and even if it just helps a little, it's better than doing nothing."

Insecure, immature pansies on the right are afraid to be "told what to do" and can't stand having their manhood threatened (the manhood thing goes for r/w women). So, rather than adopt a cooperative attitude and team-player spirit, instead sulk, pout, whine and complain while threatening and bloviating about how they'll go to jail or similar nonsense, if anyone tries to make them wear a mask outside.

I stopped voting after Obama's Syrian adventure & Stimulus.

I refuse to vote now, not that my vote really matters, anyways, because I don't live in a swing state.

If it was a case of Obama vs Romney again, where both candidates were the same amount of bad, I wouldn't vote either.
But for this election, we should all definitely vote. Even if you don't live in a swing state.

Hey, d*ckhead, I wear one ALL the time when I'm out and have NO problem wearing one. Thread starter fail AGAIN, No Nads.

Well, on the "cake" thing that's a mixed bag and the way around it is the store should say they want to display a disclaimer next to the product. You know, This product doesn't reflect the views of the company making it or it's employees..., clearly enforceable and probably not what the LGBTPDQRSTU crowd would want next to their cake...

As for masks, if the store wants you to wear one that's their right. When the government says you will wear one regardless of where you are or the circumstances, that's not happening with me. It's one thing for private individuals to agree to terms, it's another when the government becomes an unnecessary dictator making 'one size fits all' rules for everyone.

I bit of a digression, but the gay wedding cake thing was decided rightly in favor of the owner IMHO. He didn't refuse service to the gay couple, what he refused to do is create a custom cake that reflected something he opposed. Had a devil worshiper come in and demanded a cake decorated with a virgin being sacrificed on an altar, he would have the right to refuse that as well. Again, a digression, but your point is valid. If you believe the owner of a private business has the right to set rules around who he will provide service to, then you believe he has the right to demand you wear a mask. Especially given that this rule doesn't discriminate against a protected class. And if you wish to disobey a lawfully issued government order and you're prepared to accept the consequences, knock yourself out.

Or, I know I'm not infected at this time. The people I'm near aren't infected at this time. We're not getting close to each other or staying in each other's presence for anything more than in passing. So, why the hell do I need a mask?

Or, I'm in the middle of a parking lot headed towards a building 50 yards away. Why the hell do I need to be wearing a mask when the closest person is 40 yards away?

Or, I'm driving in my car, alone. Why the hell do I need to wear a mask going 75 mph down the interstate?

Or, some schmuck is wearing a mask with a valve on it. Those have been proven worthless. So, the guy might as well not wear a mask.

The blind following of "authorities" and obedience to the government based on idiocy of politicians is stupid.

Expecting the rest of the world to take your word for it that you are not being infected is stupid idiocy.

Assuming that just because you tested negative a few days or weeks ago that you haven't become infected since your last test, is stupid idiocy.

The cartoon above is a logical fallacy based on a sweeping generality that doesn't apply in most situations.

Ironic, coming from a right-winger, the group who have made logical fallacy based on sweeping generalities a major part of their set of standard political debate tactics.

we refuse to bend the knee to artificial virtue signals. so go fuck yourself.

Typical selfish motherfucking "Me!!! Me!!! Me!!!" yapping, right-wing shit-for-brains, spoiled rotten baby who should have had your ass spanked by mommy and daddy when you were a smaller version of the snot-nosed little brat that you are now.

Go fist fuck yourself.

More idiotic is relying on government diktat rather than personal responsibility. I am acting responsibly if I know I am not infected. Whether you want to believe that or not is your choice, but it doesn't negate my knowing my condition. If you don't like that, by all means wear three masks, stay ten feet away, and scrub every few minutes in sanitizer, but don't go imposing your wants on me.

Assuming that just because you tested negative a few days or weeks ago that you haven't become infected since your last test, is stupid idiocy.

Not if you have been paying attention to your surroundings and staying clear of potential exposure. Again, personal responsibility is the key, not the government demanding you do something.

You know what would be awesome? Areas with mandatory mask rules should start rounding up these "patriots," taking them to the local jail where they have a couple of cells labeled "COVID inmates only" with a couple of fake inmates who are coughing, let them stew in that cell for a while, then issue them their ticket or whatever sanction is in place, and let them go.

My right to life supercedes your right to not wear a piece of cloth over your face. I know you hate government and wish we lived in a Mad Max society, but the normal people of America are willing to be mildly inconvenienced to save lives.

People are too damn stupid to be responsible during a pandemic. Sorry to burst your bubble, but most people need government guidance. Always have and always will.
