Because if anything it made a bad bill worse. It's stupid to say that they should have supported it because of an insignificant change in wording in one portion of a 2600 page debacle.

I agree, but its no more silly than attacking Kerry for "voting for it, before he voted against it"!

Its just that in order to compete in todays enviroment, Democrats are going to have to start doing this shit.
