First of all, I doubt humanity has evolved philosophically enough to actually adopt anything like what I was suggesting. If it does, "generational welfare" might happen...which is what we SHOULD be aiming toward. Humans should be doing MUCH, MUCH, MUCH less of the work...and having MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more time to do the things humans cannot do presently because of the need to "earn a living."

Part of being able to BLAME a person is allowing them personal autonomy over their actions and body.
If you lock someone up with no food you cannot blame them for not going to get food and then starving.
Magats use the law to deny individual rights to citizens trying to block their access to birth control, abortion and even travel between States, and then blame the individual if they have a baby they cannot feed, asking why did they have that baby in the first place, if they cannot afford.

People of today should not be working the same kinds of hours they did in the 1950's...but the are. In fact. MANY are working more hours today.
There are people who work two or three jobs to get by.
THAT IS A REAL PROBLEM.
Welfare can and does kill incentive in some people. Happens all the time. Case in point................Lets take two single mothers. One works,...one doesn't. The one who works in this scenario is making it,....but just squeaking by. The other has her rent paid, her food paid, her medical paid, free internet and cell phone, heat and light assistance. The other takes nothing. When you add up all the freebies the one sitting on her ass is coming out much better financially then the single mom working her ass off at the glue factory for 19 bucks an hour. In some cases it doesn't take long before the one busting her butt finally throws in the towel and says.........
"you know what,...screw it....Im going on the govt dole too"

Fact is that just about every politician today at some point promises: "I will create more jobs"...or "I will create a situation which will result in the creation of more jobs."
In other words...they are "promising" to make more work for people who already are working too much.
Have you ever heard a politician promise to create more leisure time for people?
Ya know...more time to spend with a spouse or kids; more time to tend to the lawn or fix thing around the house; more time to pursue advanced education; more time to golf, play tennis, do works of art...or any of those kinds of things?
NEVER. I have never heard a politician promise to work in that direction.
EVERYONE SHOULD BE WORKING MUCH LESS.

Working long hours is good for you. I put in 50 hours last week,....which isn't that much really. Then I came home and did chore work around here. In fact,...I just replaced my thermostat for my gas fireplace in my man cave 10 minutes ago....LOL And I haven't even touched my honey do list yet. Been working hard since I was 14 years old in the summers,....then full time when I turned 18. I don't wanna hear how lazy people should just be allowed to live free off of others. That's bullshit. Plus it isn't good for them physically or mentally. Man needs purpose.
Okay. Seems like a reasonable decision.
But a much better one would be to have at least one politician in this country who thinks that we all should be working toward less work for humans...more work for robots and computers.

I think we may do it...but I acknowledge that the getting past the thinking of folk like you...will be difficult.
Where does it end? We already house them, feed them, provide medical care,...ect ect....do we provide them free cars, free 4 wheelers for leisure, free boats, free vacations,...free DOPE ? While the rest of us work hard. You people are NUTS. I have a better idea......you crazies that believe in such foolishness,....YOU DIRECTLY should get your asses to work and pay for their free rides out of your OWN pockets. I will NEVER not think like that Frank. I am a producer,...first and foremost. I like being productive,....I like it because it not only serves me but it also benefits my community and the nation as a whole. I provide good paying jobs for those willing to work and show initiative. That's what this whole dang country used to be about before half the country went INSANE.
