Why do right wingers hate democracy?

I didn’t say it did.

I corrected the receptionist’s post that “Truman and Lincoln were poor.”

And, “Just because they have, does not mean they always should.”
Lincoln was always poor, Truman had to ask Congress for a raise to afford his clothing and personal travel.

Seven (7) minutes ago:

Lincoln was a self-taught lawyer who eventually became a successful attorney and president.

Truman became financially comfortable during and after his time in office.
He was financially stable for much of his life and left office with a substantial, though not extravagant, net worth. Some reports suggest he amassed wealth through various sources, including his presidential salary and from writing memoirs and giving lectures after leaving office.

How many successful attorneys are poor?
Lincoln was never wealthy, his wife had to sell furniture to rent a home after he died.

Those who spent all they made in frivolities.

Income Variation: According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual wage for lawyers is about $145,760, which is well above the national median for all occupations.

One of my sons earns four (4) times that much…and he doesn’t want to be president…too much loss of income.

Accumulated wealth is the goal, generational wealth.

Slugs like the receptionist will never understand this…he’s too cheap.

I have ascertained (I love that polysyllabic word) that it is the poor who most often criticize the wealthy.

Jealousy.

Wrong. The democrats do not trust the average American. Democrats want more taken out of my paycheck because they don't trust me to spend it in ways that fit their agenda. Why is that Democrats want MORE government and regulation if they really trust me?
Ask yourself. Should you be trusted? Do you believe in the social contract?

You advocate for mob rule. Literally. The irony is hilarious.
No, you are. You said "All Americans" should decide. That's mob rule. It's what happened in the French Revolution and that led to almost two decades of war. That's what happened in Russia in 1917 that resulted in the Soviet Union, the second most brutal dictatorship of the 20th Century (behind the Chinese Revolution of 1946).

You're lack of historical knowledge, understanding of English, places you as a liberal arts major in a useless degree field at some major university.

Trump organized a mob to attack the Capital to take over the government.
