Let's see. This is just a mishmash of irrelevant appeals to envy, wealth, etc. Most billionaires don't start out as billionaires. They become one by inventing or doing something that is a major shift in economic, scientific, or engineering knowledge and usage.
As for subsidies, you have to specify what those subsidies are for. In the case of oil and gas, US government "subsidies" are pretty limited unless you start tossing in irrelevant ones that are red herrings like accounting methods.
They aren't appeals to envy. They are FACTS! You know, things that you run away from. The wealthy are god damned thieves, at best. Fucking vampires. For example, Trump wanted to make asbestos legal to use again. And no doubt there were some bloodthirsty corporations out there who would have started doing so, if allowed.

As for asbestos, you should actually read up on what is proposed and know something about the material rather than simply spouting hysterics. For example, I actually completed and got certified for certain types of asbestos removal as it relates to electrical installations in buildings, so I know a thing or two about it.
