trump said he was taking hydroxychloroquine as a preventative. Then when he got covid in spite of this, hydroxy wasn't on his list of drug treatments.

The distribution was a mess before Biden straightened it out. trump's people had months to plan it out, and had done almost nothing. As for the manufacturing, that was not great.
