Trump was an unknown in 2016 making promises to everyone based on what they wanted to hear and then delivering almost none of it except for Tax cuts to the rich and a ballooned deficit. By 2020 Trump's BS campaigning could only trick his hard core base, and not independents or swing voters. Trump will lose even worse in 2024, if he runs from whatever form of confinement he under.

I started doing business in NY financial community in early 2000 and it was well known, anything and everything Trump, was not anything any went near to unless they foreign parties trying to get cash and assets outside their home country, or mob or others who needed to money launder.
