Why does the Supreme Court have authority to tell states how to run elections?

Oh, so each state can set it's own standards for who can run for president hum?

The United States Congress amended the Constitution, and made it loud and clear, that if you participate in an insurrection, you are no longer fit to run for office.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH STATES. This is about the 14th Amendment! Either the 14th Amendment is law- Or it is not!

Colorado is just following the law and the Constitution by keeping Donald Trump off of the ballot.

The only way the Supreme Court can prevent Colorado from keeping Donald Trump off of their State Ballot, then they must prove that the 14th Amendment is illegal!

Do you honestly think the Supreme Court is going to say the Constitution is illegal?

They cannot have it both ways. Not even for the man that put 3 of them there for life!

Either we have a 14th Amendment, or we don't!

If we do, then Colorado, and any other state can leave that insurrectionist DONNIE off of their state ballot!

Other than you and other Leftists saying Trump participated in an insurrection, do you have anything solid like a conviction, his written affidavit, or something to show he actually did?

Yes, I watched and listened to Donnie gin up a crowd on TV, and watched him tell his crowd of idiots go down to the Capitol Building and overturn the election, that he claimed he won, So I am a WITNESS TO THE CRIME!
