Why does Trump only live in Liberal places?

As you know, its not so simplistic. People fall for who they think he is, and that he really believes in the horse shit he sells. Trump himself knows more liberal places are better to live in, its one example of how he is laughing at those who support him.

It's funny how many liberals rip on Florida for being a sh*thole state yet that's still not good enough. (I'm not saying this in defense of Trump, I'm laughing at/mocking your argument. You have an obsession.)

Florida is not one of the most conservative States, but Palm Beach County is an oasis of liberalism, much like Austin in Texas. Trump chose Palm Beach, not Jacksonville.

I saw a protest that got out of hand. I did not see an “insurrection.” Perspective.

IMO, a true “insurrection” wouldn’t have ended as quickly, peacefully and quietly as that did.

I didn't see peace and quit at all. When their general George Washington (Trump) eventually commanded his less than courageous army to stand down, only then did they.

You are on Capitol property breaking in and rioting on that day in particular during proceedings that officially end a presidency, it is as true an insurrection attempt as can be.

It is absolutely disgusting that nobody of any real importance has suffered any consequences for this. And oh boy they had better.

Kind of interesting your fellow liberals sh*t so much on a not so conservative state. I can't claim to know much about Florida politics but you're saying an area that voted 56% to 43% for Biden is a liberal oasis? You need to get out more.

"My fellow liberals" can do what they chose, it does not make them correct. You often do that, try to saddle an individual with a group you associate with them.

That's funny, you want to act like we're all individuals now and never judge people in (political) groups? You ready to do that yourself?

I’m sure I’ve made that mistake, I try to not think that way.

So the type of cars one drives defines the urbanity of a place?

Trump likes to live in places with liberals in charge.[b} He understands they are more comfortable and happier places.[/b}

To whom? To him maybe. He likes urban life. He likes cities. I can tell you from experience that when I enter one I am looking for as quick a way as possible to exit same. Any of them. "more comfortable and happier ..." Indeed.

Of all the arguments given either to support or not support Trump, making that determination based on the fact that he lives in West Palm Beach, FL ranks among the bottom.

Think about the argument being made: "I support diversity but think you should only live around people who think like you do".

Why would the above not make sense?

First of all, which side is claiming to support diversity?
What's discussed is the willingness to tolerate diversity.

Secondly, while there's no logic-based reason to fight over ethnic diversity,
ideological diversity is a tinder box.

Living among people who think like you do may very well be the only tolerable, not to mention safe, way to live.

It makes sense if you don't include diversity of thought or ideas when you use the term diversity.

I live in an area with no elected Republicans yet they call our local politics a blood sport and people getting f'ing heated. How does that happen when they agree on most everything?

There's blood sport and there's blood sport.
At the end of the day, we're human beings proving beyond doubt
that the summit of the evolutionary ladder has not yet come close to being reached on this planet.

My point is that Trump is no Conservative, he is more comfortable with liberals. Hes not really a liberal either, he is simply a Trumpist.

So am I not a conservative because I live in San Francisco? Are you not a liberal because you live in red Florida? Why don't you live in a blue state?
