Ah, no, every airport has some lull times when less planes are preparing to take off, especially one like Atlanta when they are accommodating the regional connecting flights. That video was shot around 11:00 AM, and the report I included stated basically that the lines only lessened during the slower times as such but were just heavily other times

And the irony is that Ice had absolutely nothing to do with any of it, standing around and walking the airport doesn’t lessen passenger wait time, all just a photo op move by Trump to convince lemmings as yourself he was doing something about the problem
