To me Attacking where our laws are administered is the same as attacking where our laws are written.

For 1/6 rioters:

1.If they assaulted anyone they should do prison time.
2. If they destroyed property they should receive reasonable fines and community service and pay for the damage
3. If they walked into the Capitol and did not damage anything they should receive a reasonable fine.

For Portland rioters

1. If they assaulted , shot at LEO with fireworks, etc = prison time.
2. Set fire to the occupied building . Prison time and attempted murder charges fines and pay for damages.
3 Sprayed paint or damage the court house. Pay for the damage, fine, and community service.

Why did Pelosi's palace guard fire tear gas into peaceful protesters? Were they under order to incite violence? Why did they throw protesters off of bridges? Why did they herd protesters into underpasses and beat them with metal batons?

Invading a U.S. city and taking it over with force of arms, declaring it an independent country, killing 8 people and raping 19 while holding it through armed force as they did in Seattle is an actual insurrection - the the democrats were behind the whole thing.

We are in a civil war - we just aren't fighting back. Our enemy - and be clear, the Nazi democrats ARE our enemy, doesn't hesitate to use violence against us. If they can corrupt justice and steal elections, they will - if not, they will engage in violence. As they have for 7 years.

Trump facing the courts for what he did and does is equality of the law. Trump has thrived off of the special treatment the rich and powerful have received. Now he is being treated like other citizens. You are as usual. flat out wrong.
