If no one is expected to provide proof of who they are when they vote, how do you know how many times any one individual has voted? For this experiment Im not saying it has happened I want to see if you can think.

How does voter fraud work? Mostly through proxy voting. A decade ago, democrats would pay illegal aliens or the homeless to vote under the names of dirty registrations. But that meant democrats had to drive busses and shuttles around to get the proxies from one precinct to another. And occasionally the poll workers would question a proxy who walked up and declared: Sí, mi nombre es Chen Ping, estoy aquí para votar.
