She was going to a scheduled citizenship appointment. It appears she was following the process so why did ICE grab her? It looks like an ICE screw-up to me... grabbed off the street by LEO who didn't know or didn't care to check if she was in the system.

I'm not in a position to insist anything about her. But I'm guessing she'll spend a few days in detention until her lawyer gets the situation straightened out, then ICE will shrug and say "my bad."
