I do realize the government has three branches, I also realize which branch has the power to appropriate and allocate funds. You apparently do not understand how the constitution limits the disparate branches and think that the judicial has the power of the other two branches without limit.

The only person pretending to be a king is the Judge, who believes he can exercise power he does not have per the constitution.

Which Congress already did. It's your Orange Messiah who is violating the law by holding the funds back. The judge simply looked at the law and ruled on it. What's so hard to understand here?

Incorrect, the Democrats are blocking the appropriations bill, hence the closure. Congress needs to do its job, specifically the Senate.

Americans who have never voted are being inspired by their family and friends to vote

The real majority is beginning to wake up to the reality that something very bad is trying to go down

And that they do have some power to stop it

All of the right wing humans I know that have kids are being told by their kids the real facts

Their own children are pretty tuff people for them to give their maga meme answers to

The game plan was prepared long ago, I suspect in January, before POTUS was even sworn in.

This is the strategy the Democrats are trying:

If Congress has appropriated the money and the judge deens that President simply refuses to spend it (classic “impoundment”), courts can issue a writ of mandamus ordering release, but only because the money was already legally authorized

For example, after President Nixon lost Train v. City of New York, Congress passed the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, which allows courts to order spending of duly appropriated funds.

McConnells basis to run around the the Appropriations Clause rests on the argument that USDA's reserve funds were already appropriated, and that the Schumer Shutdown constitutes an unforeseen national emergency.

He also trying to seize the the tariff money currently in Section 32.

Well, they have... I'd advocate getting rid of the filibuster, and passing the appropriations bill, but I think that the nuclear option is a terrible idea. Call your Senator, tell him to vote to pass the CR, people get food... you'd be happy.

The kind that is willing to give you solutions to getting the money you want spent out of the Federal government even though he doesn't want it spent. Note how I am not calling my Senator to ask for the same... This advice is how you should act if you want the fastest way to get SNAP to people while following the constitution.

Personally, I am willing to stand back and watch the battle of two groups I think spend so egregiously that they cannot possibly think they are really different from each other.
