Which of those countries are Single Payer socialized medicine nations? The tourist that visit those countries for healthcare are doing it because it's cheaper there, not because the healthcare is better. The COST is better!!! That's just a condemnation of America's health "INSURANCE." Who do you know that's denying that America's health insurance system sucks??? It sucks because the feds keep meddling in it!!! You idiot. The biggest market in the world starts 90 miles away from Cuba and we will not allow them to trade with us. When the embargo started, the Cuban economy was very dependent on American trade. When we stopped they really suffered. Of course you know about the Helms-Burton act which punished other nations that traded with Cuba.
