Bush has been highly successful with his out of sight out of mind policy with the media.
Israel cannot be defeated militarily by the folks it has chosen to fight. They can (and probably will) however, be defeated in the court of public opinion.

i think it has already backfired...then again, you could post the same pics of the carnage the muslims caused israel with their suicide bombers, rockets etc...
pulling on heart strings with snippets and pictures doesn't truly reflect the overall conflict between the two and honestly lowers the intellectual debate surrounding what solution is necessary to end the conflict.

Last night I heard on the news that the two Arab parties in Israel are not going to be allowed to participate in this round of elections because they "support terrorism" even though they are the same party that has run in numerous elections before. They only hold three seats in the Knesset but that will be reduced to zero in this election. Hmmm what other country had these sort of laws that excluded people of certain ethnicities from political office? I wonder if the Israeli government is aware that this happened once before? I guess all I can really ask is "et tu Israel?"
They've tried that in previous elections, their courts have struck it down every time. I hope the same pattern follows.
