I will repeat my statement since you didn't read it properly the first time, he was not threatening the shopowner nor brandishing it in any way whatsoever. He showed no indication he intended to harm the shopowner. Far from that, he was trying to escape and the shopowner was physically preventing him from leaving.

Guess you should have said so rather then act the dumbfuck role. However, without an active Militia there is no Second Amendment. The right wing has made it all about individual rights. Original intent be damned.

The unenrolled Militia is all men between 18 and 45.
