More than 30 million have health care now that did not have it 15 years ago. No failure in the slightest.

Thank heavens for McCain and Obama.
Irrelevant appeal to quantity. Aside from that, of the roughly 40 million people on Obamacare about half are ones that were forced to buy an Obamacare policy in the marketplace versus simply buying one on the open (pre-Obamacare) market. They aren't newly insured and Obamacare has done nothing for them other than give them a crappy insurance policy in many cases.

The other half are on expanded Medicare. These persons generally were not previously insured and now get what amounts to government run socialized medical insurance at an unaffordable price per policy that is funded entirely on the backs of taxpayers.

So, fuck McCain and Obama. They fucked us all with their shit understanding of what the problems with the cost of healthcare really are.

Yet Johnson can open government immediately if he cares about the poor and their health.
Johnson cares more about not bankrupting the nation. We cannot afford $1.5 trillion in new borrowing and spending. That's what the Democrats want to do: Bankrupt the nation for their personal political gain.

It's not up to "Johnson" in any case.

The Schumer shutdown is in the Senate.
