What Hillary did with the emails is wrong. That said, I do not believe it is in our interest to keep her in the spotlight any longer. It is just going to distract from Trumps agenda. And so far, I like his post election agenda, let's hope he follows through and doesn't get bogged down with Hillary crap.

It was wrong, but it was just boneheaded. I'll always contend that if it was a dude not named "Clinton," it would have been a 2-week story and a slap on the wrist.

That will be up to the Attorney General that is appointed. Trump will distance himself once the appointment is made...perhaps some honest LAW ENFORCER like....lets say, Trey Gowdy, that respects the rule of law will simply continue the open investigation concerning the Clinton Foundation. Who knows? Perhaps Hillary will be pardoned and the on going investigation be voided and only make it look like she's a criminal and remove the Clinton machine from public life once and for all time.

That are the only 2 viable actions available. The Ball is in Obama's court now. :) Should the liberal cry for "KUMBAYA" after the election "suspend" the RULE OF LAW in this nation? The Books have to be balanced someway...either through a continued investigation or a pardon, there is no middle ground. But either way...Mr. Trump will distance the hell away from any appearance of being vindictively involved. But you can bet your ass off that he will tweeting privately to the DOJ everyday.

Does anyone really think that the email BS is the only thing being investigated by the FBI? Really? Obama must show his hand and call or FOLD, he has been called by Comey, who I hear is up for an appointment in the Trump Administration.

Even conservatives are saying that. You're ridiculously stupid if you can't see how bad a look it is for the winner of an election to go after the loser like that.

The GOP got burned when they impeached Clinton in the '90's. This wouldn't be any different. You have SERIOUS CDS, so you have no objectivity on this issue.

you didn't know how to properly analyze the election. Always talked about x y z being the end of trump or being super offensive. I am going to make a master post showing what a genius I am in the coming days
 
forcing obama to pardon her would be genius on trumps part. He doesn't get his hands dirty but it will all but confirm clinton as the criminal she is.

His hands will not be dirty once he appoints an attorney general....its up to the DOJ. Either there is an ongoing investigation started under the Obama administration in relation to the Clinton Foundation...or there must be a Pardon if Obama does not want Hillary spilling her guts to stay out jail. Obama has been called, he either calls or folds. Either way....Mr. Trump will not be involved in the least...in public anyway. :)

Hell...Mr. Trump does not have "Bannon" whispering in his ear for nothing. This man is a genius, especially when it comes to going after LIBERALS....with Military precision.

I have never presented myself as any master analyzer of elections. And a lot of what Trump did WAS offensive and would have sunk many other candidates. Romney got sunk by 47%. It was not unreasonable to assume that Trump's endless barrage of denigrating comments toward women, the disabled, veterans, minorities, religions and others would sink him. It can easily be argued that it would have against any other candidate. It can easily be argued that it would have if not for Comey's final letter (he took a dive in the polls after Access Hollywood, and you well know that - Comey pulled him out of that, and brought Republicans who were going to hold their nose back home).
