Will JPP libs decry corporate manipulation of elections?

Go ahead and call me names as that just solidifies the fact that I am destroying you in this debate.

Are you saying that what you want is not Socialism? Certainly, most of the Right would see you as a Socialist for this.

I suggest that you look up the definition of the word monopoly, because it doesn't mean what you state that it it is. A monopoly exists when one player can control or manipulate the market. It has nothing to do with complete market share.

noun
1.
the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.
"his likely motive was to protect his regional monopoly on furs"

The key word there is "exclusive." As long as Bing and Yahoo are around, Google does not have exclusive possession or control of the search engine market.

I doubt it. Because it's a one way street in their favor.

That is a debunked conspiracy from last year, even the right gave up on it when exposed

"likely" and "may have" doesn't really offer a lot of confidence especially coming from a guy who seemingly is less than creditable, especially since "he didn’t mention that his huge claim is based on monitoring the search results of just 21 undecided voters out of 95 voters"

Such is the science called statistics.

Except, they do.

Bing and Yahoo also have some control of the market. Yes, Google has most of the control, because that's what happens under Capitalism.
If you disagree with this practice, then I invite you to leave Capitalism and join me here in Social Democracy.

Where the largest corporation in the world: FedCo, has total control. No thanks lol.

It did nothing. The Reds claim that Russias year long pushing Trump and hacking the elections did nothing. Does it only work when Dems are googled?

Most of the Russian trolling was split. Plenty of the trolling went against Trump.

Ultimately, what Russia wants is division within American society. Putin doesn't really care who wins, but he wants our culture to be fractured enough to be dysfunctional. It seems to be pretty effective.

Granted, identity politics create plenty of division on their own, and only part of that can be attributed to Russia.

How many suits for monopoly has Microsoft fought around the world? They are sued because they are manipulating and distorting capitalism That is not what happens. Why do you think Teddy came up with Trust busting? We are in theory anti-monopoly. That does not mean you have 100 percent control of the industry. It means you have so much that you control it. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/monopoly.asp

Have you heard of the "that's not real Communism" meme? When you say that is not what happens under Capitalism, it's the same thing. Maybe in theory it doesn't happen under Capitalism, but in practice it does all the time. Look at your own link: "Monopolies can be considered an extreme result of free-market capitalism in that absent any restriction or restraints, a single company or group becomes large enough to own all or nearly all of the market (goods, supplies, commodities, infrastructure, and assets) for a particular type of product or service."

Anyway, as I said, Google does not have full or even near full control of the market. What's really happening here is that Conservatives don't like that Google is the biggest company in its field. They want free market competition until they feel it's hurting them.
