It only applies to those who are uninsured and pay cash. It won’t affect the vast majority of Americans. Total bullshit.

Also only sells brand names, no generics. I most cases generics + a discount card like Good RX will be cheaper than the tRump boondoggle.

She has insurance but does not use it for such purchases.
