The case against the kenyan ape is open and shut. Section 1324 title 8 makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here and if one of those illegals kills someone, then the encourager can be legally executed! The Kenyan admitted his DACA program (done by EO) gave 800,000 illegals a certificate saying they can work here and for sure some of them killed people on the highways.

(A)Any person who—
(iv)encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
(I)engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II)aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
(B)A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—
(iv)in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.

Funny,....people like Dutch don't seem to understand YET that all across the country people like him are being phased out,...actually more like weeded out. In a lot of cases they can see which way the wind is blowing so they are weeding themselves out FOR US. :) I mean,....just look at the post counts of the hard core lefties here ever since election night. Now they mostly hide in their little hole in the wall like scared mice. They know,.......:thinking: They know their ideas have been soundly rejected and are being washed away. This is the death knell of the 60's counter culture revolution. A culture that came and went and brought nothing but misery and moral decay with it.
