there is NO law or designated procedure where the cop can force someone to roll down their window IF the driver can clearly hear him and converse. All he had to do was tell her the reason for pulling her over. If that entailed her handing over her license and registration for a traffic violation of suspicion of DUI, then she's required by law to roll down that window and comply. Clearly, the cop was about "Do it because I said so".

Something is emotionally imbalanced with our resident sheet wearer here, as he just keeps blogging LONG disproven tropes, memes and posts in a lame Goebbels-like manner, assuming that any response to the contrary is a "win". I guess the little dummy needs the attention, since if he didn't post, no one would "provoke" him, let alone know he exists. Sad. I'll leave him to his folly.
