He was crazy and the DA spent time with a BS charge on Trump instead of protecting the public from a dangerous person that had been arrested more than 40 times. He should have been in jail or a treatment facility not threatening the lives of innocent subway riders.

Attempted kidnapping assault and 40+ arrests means he is a chornic violent criminal and should not be on the street if Bragg can turn 34 misdemeanors into 34 felonies he should be able to keep Neely in jail.
