It was an accidental death, justified.

Joe is evil and deranged.

I believe that the graduates of Howard, who have been indoctrinated since Kindergarten and intimidated into silence by the university staff, will accept everything that Joe said.

He was at Howard, not Harvard...I doubt Harvard would welcome him....They've got Tom Hanks... Poor Howard got an awful campaign speech, not a celebration of their graduation...

Like in so many other instances where thugs resist arrest or restraint, this thug would be alive had he not threatened others and resisted restraint.

He had been arrested 40 plus times. He should have been in prison or a mental facility.

Mental illness often prevents people from accepting help from family.

Absolutely...Everyone would wish that the outcome might have been different...but everyone also knows why Daniel Penny stepped up to help...the situation was clearly dangerous to everyone in the car....
