I think they already have. Not a lawyer, but, I wonder if the Republican Party will have to pick up the tab? Not all lawsuits are about money but they all cost lawyer fees. DeSantis, and the Republican Party, could rack up millions in legal fees to fight these lawsuits.

I was aware of most of those cases. Tinkle thinks that shareholders should sue Disney.

They should sue Puddin' Hands for his blatant attempt to destroy the brand.
 
At this point turning Disney around is about as unlikely as is turning San Francisco around.....far too many bad decisions have been made over too many years.....building is so much harder than is burning down.

Lawyers will sue or defend anyone for money. Look at Trump's lawyers.

That said, I think DeSantis will lose bigger than Disney.
