He should probably unplug all the schools from the internet, too. And he might want to ban all social media.

He's use a Chinese-type Nanny program to control content. I've seen some in hotels where I couldn't even log onto forums such as JPP because the content was deemed unsafe for kids due to porn, violence or language.

Not a Facebook Fool, but I expect it would hit the same cyber wall in schools with such a program unless specifically excluded from the list of banned websites.
