And does not care about functioning systems to include good government. Remember how Obama could not give the first fuck that the ObamaCare website was functional.

That was par for him....he wants big government handing out lots of money because that is power, but he never gave a damn whether government works for the people.

Do you think European countries have fewer hospital bureaucrats than the USA? If anything they have far more. And yet, this level of inefficiency would never be tolerated in Europe. They would be shocked by a $3 bill, much less a $3,000 bill.

The thing America has different than Europe is not more hospital government bureaucrats, but politicians who think there is a magic trick to not paying bills. That runs up bills higher, and we all end up paying.

Uber is not an option. Fixing our healthcare is. Obama opened the door and Reubs keep fighting it. They should embrace it and have their input on how to make it better. But politically, they refuse to allow Obama such a huge victory. Tommy Douglas is Canada's most revered politician. He is the father of their healthcare system.
