Words to ponder

Ahhh, so your post was a critique of Trump and the way he considers "personal fiscal responsibility".

Got it.

I agree with you 100% Trump is one of the worst business men on the planet and he CONSTANTLY makes OTHER PEOPLE pay for his incompetence.

It's kinda funny actually. I mean, have you seen how many mouthbreahters blather on about what a great businessman Trump is? IT"S FUCKIN' HILARIOUS!

Did the voices in your head tell you that?

More of the "Brain Damaged Toddler Coy Game" I see.

Please take what I'm about to say with all due insult: I find you annoying at best. But that's par for the course on JPP. What I find ESPECIALLY pathetic about you is the little game of posting stuff and then RUNNING AS HARD AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THE POST.

I find people like you who stand for nothing but to stir shit up BUT LACK SUFFICIENT SPINE TO STAND BY YOUR SHIT to be the most pitiful of humans. Truly wastes of DNA.

I know this is what you call "fun", but really your fun is just making yourself look like a pathetic clown. Nothing more.

So please, at your earliest convenience, feel free to fuck yourself.

Well, I suppose you'll continue to play the hand you were dealt. You have nothing else, do you?

You are not worthy of a thoughtful response. Please accept this in lieu thereof:

He's a great businessman and entrepreneur. How many of the worst businessmen on the planet have a net worth of
some 5 or 6 Billion dollars, as Trump has? What's fucking hilarious is that govt supported idiots like biden and Schumer
have no real experience in the real world of having a job outside of the D.C. swamp, and have never hired a person,
never produced or created anything like Trump did with his golf courses and hotels etc. all over the world. So yes,
Trump is more than just a great businessman, he's now come J20th going to be our greatest modern day president.
Quite a resume there, wouldn't you say so Mr./Mrs. Nightlight?

"What we look at, listen to and read affects us in the deepest part of our being. Once we start to celebrate ugliness, then we become ugly, too. Just as art and architecture have uglified themselves, so have our manners, our relationships and our language become crude. Without the guidance offered by beauty and good taste, we find it difficult to relate to each other in a natural or graceful way. Society itself becomes fractured and atomized."

~ Sir Roger Scruton

He's a great businessman and entrepreneur.

Upon inhereting his father's estate he took that money to start a company. That company resulted in his wealth growing at just about the same rate as if he would have invested all the money in the stock market and sitting on fat ass for those 50 or so years.

So by your estimate such a great businessman was able to do exactly as well as if he had done nothing at all. That's faint praise.

How many of the worst businessmen on the planet have a net worth of
some 5 or 6 Billion dollars,

He did well with his inheritance. Remember, his dad made him a millionaire at age 8 probably for tax purposes.

have no real experience in the real world of having a job outside of the D.C. swamp,

How does Trump's clearly second-rate business skills set him up to run a GOVERNMENT? You surely aren't one of those morons who thinks a country can be run like a business are you? LOL. Yeah, sorry, a company can axe underperforming regions. A country can't just "shut down" a state when it fails to be profitable overall.

and have never hired a person,

Trump apparently hires 'em, but then fails to pay them. LOL. (Countless contractors have stories of being stiffed by Trump. His own lawyer is in the process of suing him I believe for previous services.)

never produced or created anything like Trump did with his golf courses and hotels etc

Gotta point out that these days, probably for the past couple decades, a GIGANTIC portion of Trump's business is LICENSING HIS NAME to put on buildings he had NOTHING to do with and on products he has had NOTHING to do with the manufacturing etc. for.

Please tell me how he "created" anything there?

. all over the world. So yes,
Trump is more than just a great businessman, he's now come J20th going to be our greatest modern day president.

I honestly find the MAGA tendency to somehow inflate Trump into the GREATEST HUMAN WHO HAS EVER BEEN IN THE OVAL OFFICE and BIDEN AS THE WORST HUMAN BEING TO WALK THE EARTH to be kind of unsettlingly weird. I mean, c'mon. You like him, no doubt, but you have to have some perspective. Seriously. Chill out a bit. He's not a golden god. Even if folks like Ben Garrison depict him as such.

Quite a resume there, wouldn't you say so Mr./Mrs. Nightlight?

Not really. It's a pretty pisspoor resume actually. Made a millionaire at age 8 by his dad. Hired someone to take an entrance exam for Wharton. Got millions of dollars from his dad to start his first business. Got even MORE millions when dad kicked the bucket. Then proceeded to perform no better than passively sitting on his ass for 50 years just owning some stock.

I'd say underwhelming. I mean, pretty much ANYONE could do THAT given daddy's money.

That is true for all empires. Which means it is not true. No one "loves" being taken over and forcibly integrated into an empire. Rome did a better job than some in that they attempted to integrate the new colonies' religions into their own and ease the integration, but that wasn't always true.

Rome didn't grow because everyone on earth decided they wanted to be part of this cool new thing, Rome! No, it grew by use of the extremely effective MILITARY THAT BUILT IT.

Chesterton is wrong.

It is True/Not True that matters, not who says it.

Actually my point was to the poster in particular. They like to post stuff without any comment and then run away from the implications of what they posted.

They are the kind of poster who is unable to defend what they believe and can't effectively critique that which they don't believe. They are playing a coy game.

THey aren't worthy of any real thoughtful response.
