Anyone think this was a political act?
Antao refused to make the full, unedited video available to the prosecutors office, so they could not go ahead with the case. I am not going to comment as to why Antao is so afraid to release the video, but it looks bad for the so called "victim" that she is so afraid of the evidence.

Anyway, without the full, unedited video, no prosecution is possible. The defendant, Rivers, could claim there is important evidence on the parts of the video that Antao is hiding, and the courts would be required to believe her.

Is this hiding of the evidence a political act? Yes, probably.
