Wow, Just WOW, did Mitts campaign really say that?

I assure you, I am not being pedantic. But every once in a while I see a thread where someone goes, "OH WOW, ROMNEY SAID X, HE IS DONE FOR!" and then like 1 week later the polls haven't shifted at all.

I am going to make the bold prediction that this comment will have zero impact on where romney is in the polls.

Ive never said he is done for... ? You are making up paper tigers.

why would it? The people who would be voting for him think Obama's uh.. non-anglo status, hampers his intelligence anyway.. so all Romney did was throw them a nice juicy bone.. besides that, the press here is too afraid to ask him a question on it because he'll whine and call them 'gotcha media' like Palin does all the time she's asked a question..

so you're right, it won't hurt Mitt in his polls in any way..

Heck...he's making Palin look like Einstein.

It's elsewhere on the forum. And why are you saying anything when FactsRStubborn actually plaigarized a piece the other day and nothing was said?

1. Did you report it?
2. The link is so we can read the context. You know, where the story is from, who exactly said what...
3. If you start a new thread, give people access to your claim.

And finally. No his campaign didn't say it. The Daily Telegraph simply "quoted" some unnamed person who supposedly said it.

Kinda like when I asked you to link me up on the place where you claim I pushed the issue of Mormon conversion, and your responce was, "this thread generally"?

Hypocracy is showing!

I never said "he" said it.

lol

then what is the point of this thread? oh...and you're a liar.

“We are part of an Anglo-Saxon heritage and [Mr. Romney] feels that the special relationship is special. The White House didn’t fully appreciate the shared history we have.”

Seriously? Mitt Romney has turned out to be worse than Sara Baracuda Palin as far as embarrassing for the Republican Party.

It's all starting to make sense why McCain chose Caribou Barbie over Etch-a-Sketch. :D

That remark about a shared Anglo Saxon history would not be considered negative in Britain for the most part, indeed why should it? We think that the USA only invokes the Special Relationship as and when it suits them so to do. However Obama was perceived as being very hostile to Britain when he first came to power and it was attributed to his grandfather's treatment in Kenya during the Mau Mau crisis. The only trouble is his grandfather was not from the Kikuyu tribe but from the oppressed Luo tribe who were pro-British.

No, I linked you back to your thread many times. In that thread I explained what was wrong with the original story, and quoted you several times pretending that actual information given was something you had no urge to understand.

That you claim that you never made statements I had already quoted and explained earlier and "asked" for them again, didn't change your attempt to spread religious bigotry under the guise of supposed ignorance. It only made it worthless to continue any conversation.

Hypocrisy is asking for information already given in another thread, but being unwilling to give links to the "sources" yourself in another thread. Like this one.

Tell me again how his religion is "hurting" him because of supposed beliefs that they do not have and I will tell you again that you are a bigot.
