WTF is a "just economy'?

Dems never talk about economic opportunity. everything is a zero sum game with them

"A rising tide lifts all ships" is beyond their simplistic view of economics to grasp
they prefer less wealth - a smaller pie -as long as the slices are equal

To todays democrats, a 'just economy' means a basic living wage for every person, capping salaries of CEOs to 'suitable' limitations, and higher taxes for all to pay for basic human services

in other words, SOCIALISM

Yes, we do, comrade janitor. Do you understand the difference between allowing people to lift themselves up and actively holding people down?

Do you understand why monopolies are illegal? That's for companies/corporations. Now apply the concept to individual human beings and you might start to understand what this topic is about.

Why are you interested in Oprah? Do you watch her shows? Read her magazine? What does she tell you about a "just economy"? My wife watched her, but I can't say I've ever seen more than a news clip.

That's not socialism, but I readily agree it's too authoritarian for me. The purpose of government should be to protect rights, not restrict them.

You do realize that bootstrap phrase was created purposefully to illustrate the moronic notion that people can do that? It's like saying "blow into your own sails", that's not how physics work.

stocks are surging from fascist corporate bailouts. working people are getting poorer.
 
Just GIVING money to people doesnt work at all. In fact it is my position that in most cases it is extremely damaging to the receiver of the money. I also believe that long term it leads to lifelong harm to the receiver and the unintended consequences of benefiting those who were not intended to benefit. Money is quite the opposite of water,....it has a way of always seeking the highest level,... not the lowest. ;)
