you can continue to live in the past all you like............but that only means you're still wrong and hanging on to old cases that don't matter any more. Next time, though, don't come at me with 'supreme court said so' since you can't stay current on supreme court cases

If people keep sending him pics like that (even better if in color) claiming they're the result of "BLM and Antifa fascists", does anyone here really doubt he'll eventually get past his handlers and retweet it?

You might consider it even if you never post on it. Most major news agencies and a few asshole politicians use it all the time. If you "follow" them (like on FB), their messages will pop up on your personal electronic devices at the speed of light....slowed down a tad by going around the world and through a server or two. A good thing if the theater is on fire. Are you now claiming I can't yell "Fire!" if the theater is burning?

Have you forgot the dictum about the right to swing my fist ends at the other person's nose? We have a right to free speech, we don't have a right to lie in order to harm others since it deprives them of their right to be free of deliberate harm.
 
This election was run just like all the others before. Rightys are sincerely crazy. Christie and Bolton say it is over and Trump got whipped. Dershowitz says it is done. Trump's plan to steal it is losing its gang members.

The problem with yelling "Fire!" is that it can cause panic and end up with injured and dead people. It has happened a few times in the past.
