Um, yes, by todays standards he was lying. You see he had intel, that intel turned out to be wrong, thus he deliberately misled us and lied his ass off to get us to notice the great contribution of the boar.

Amazingly, Brazil's carbon footprint for the concert would have been less than nearly anyplace considering their Ethanol-fueled vehicles.

Actually, SF, I don't think Istanbul is one of the major venues. There's like 7 or 8 major venues, with dozens of smaller, satellite events worldwide. Unless I'm mistaken, Istanbul was not one of the major venues.

No, I was just using standard liberal tactics. You know... when liberals continually say "Bush is banning stem cell research" ... rather than qualifying the TYPE of stem cell research he is banning. Same standards. I dropped the TYPE of pollution and just claimed the residents were concerned about pollution.

Not going to happen. They don't want the concert there. The Pan Am games start on the 8th. The residents don't want the show. The judge doesn't want the show (for security reasons). The police have more important things to do. So I really doubt the organizers are going to win this one.

Don't recall ever saying that it was a major or minor venue. Just mentioned that it had been cancelled.

That's because I am trying to stop from stepping it into on yet another Gore thread. So I was sticking to this thread. The other one has several liberal men (of varying degrees) butting heads, and I have learned, never get in between two or more liberal guys when they are having a disagreement.
