You can't elect a Nazi and call yourself a patriot

Come on Frankie you can admit it to me. We are boys. You cried when Hillary lost didn't you. You know you voted for her. You can't hide it from me Frankie. I know you too well. We have too long a history for you to lie to me Frankie

I voted for Hillary Clinton, IHA.

At one time, I wanted to move to New York, so that I could vote for her for the Senate. I admire her that much. I think she is a very intelligent, strong, capable woman...and, in general, I think that more women in high office is something that will benefit America.

I do not have to "admit" this...I simply acknowledge it. I am not ashamed of it; I am proud of it.

I did not cry when Hillary lost...but I was both surprised and saddened. MUCH MORE SO because of who won (the abomination, Donald Trump)...than because Hillary lost.

Why on Earth would you think I would "hide" any of that from you?

But back to what I said: Why do you suppose that ANYONE hates the idea of Donald Trump as president MORE because he beat Hillary Clinton...than because he is an incompetent, unintelligent, uninformed, narcissistic boor?

Just wondering?

Isn't it odd that you claim now to be a democrat yet you voted for the democrat's democrat? Well, I find that odd.

Your reasons for hating Trump are manufactured because you can't just come out and admit you are angry that your girl lost. So you invent other things to justify your hatred. It's called cognitive dissonance Frankie. Look it up. You are riddled with it

I'm going to assume your "now" actually was "not."

I "claim" not to be a Democrat...BECAUSE I AM NOT A DEMOCRAT. A Democrat is someone who is registered as a Democrat. I am registered as a capital "I" Independent. (Although some recent changes in New Jersey may impact on that.) In any case...I AM NOT A DEMOCRAT...no matter for whom I vote.

I admire Hillary Clinton...and think she would have been a much better president than that boorish abomination now stinking up the Oval Office, IHA. I just do.

Since I am an Independent who champions a progressive agenda...most of the time I will be voting for the Democrat over the Neanderthal the Republic Party has as an opponent. (Not always.)

Your reasons for hating Trump are manufactured because you can't just come out and admit you are angry that your girl lost.

Fuck you, Asshole.

I regret that Hillary Clinton lost to the abomination. But the reason I hate the fact that he is president...is because he is one of the most disgusting human beings imaginable...an unintelligent, uninformed, narcissistic, totally classless piece of garbage.

By the way, although I obviously think negatively of him, I do not hate Donald Trump. If chance would have me happen upon him in acute distress...in need of help...I would offer it without hesitation and do everything I could to comfort him until I could get professional help for him.

I do not hate people.

You are a sicko, IHA. But...in order to be a supporters of that disgusting toad fouling the Oval Office, I guess you have to be.

If you want to think people hate the idea of Trump being president because he beat Hillary Clinton...rather than because of the shallow, incompetent, boorish, totally classless person he is...fine with me.

I even get a laugh out of it.

The demonization of Donald Trump is not necessary.

I don't mind a little light political humor, and nothing wrong with criticizing presidents!

But, I have never been in favor of the demonization of candidates and those in public service!

Sometimes just telling it like it is- is bad enough- I mean "Good enough"!

Anyone thinking that hating the idea of Donald Trump being president is entirely because he beat Hillary Clinton...is close to brain dead.

There are people who despise Hillary Clinton...who detest Donald Trump being president of the United States. He is a boor...an unintelligent, uninformed, narcissistic, totally classless boor...who should not be the face of America on the world's stage.

But, if it makes you feel better about supporting that abominable piece of shit to think that it is just that he beat Hillary Clinton...go for it.

Anyone supporting that abomination needs as must justification as he/she can invent.

I agree.. The last election was all about hold your nose and vote.

Reasons for hating Trump are that he's an ignorant low class liar and a bully.

perhaps, but at least he produced on most of what he promised.......haven't had that before.......even Reagan gave less than he campaigned on.....

The value of vague promises

Overall, Trump’s appeal may not be rooted in what he says he’ll do — rather it’s in the rhetoric itself.

The wall and Muslim ban, for example, are unrealistic, said Sabato of the University of Virginia, "but both these pledges got Trump airborne and still sustain him. As long as non-college, blue-collar whites like the sound of these promises, Trump will keep repeating them."

Some of Trump’s positions are actually in line with those of Clinton, such as protecting Social Security and increased skepticism toward trade.

Trump’s lack of detailed pledges and firm stances may be advantageous.

"Voters generally do not punish candidates for being vague, and in partisan elections voters actually prefer ambiguous candidates over precise ones," Stanford University political scientists Michael Tomz and Robert Van Houweling found in a study. "The reason, we find, is that ambiguity allows voters to 'see what they want to see’ in members of their own party."

Trump himself put it best in February: "Everything is negotiable."

These will.

Flash

You are so full of crap. I did not vote for Trump and I'm not religious. Or, is Hillary the devil you are referring to?

If a poster does not stick 100% to the party line dictated by the party masters, the poster get accused of being a right-wing or left-wing nut regardless of everything they have written.

You future as a party was two decades , then demographics makes your hate group disappear, now after electing scum bag you just saw your last hate party president in history. Tell us again how we are just mad because Hillary lost. Your only chance to survive is taking away the votes of every block of people that is made up of a majority of Democrats, Doesn't sound like a good American does it. For whats left of the real conservatives in your party, you will have to make a new conservative party. Maybe you should make sure the next one isn't driven by hatred of just about everyone and everything.
