no, unless the homeowner takes a sledgehammer and does it themselves, they will have to hire someone to demolish the home and then hire someone else to haul away the debris.

I am not lying about anything. I have not made any claims about what the tax rates will have on the economy. However, if you are going to argue for higher taxes on others, don't you think it is only fair that you come clean about what you think YOU should pay in taxes?

It is easy to call for others to pay more if you yourself aren't going to be impacted.

My guess is you won't answer because you are afraid of exposing your own sheer hypocrisy on the issue. You will expose your demagoguery and you don't wan to do that. It isn't a hard question if you are intelligent to understand it. If you continue to refuse to answer, you merely expose yourself for the partisan hack that you are.

If the homeowners argue or appeal this arbitrary/uneducated decision with no evidence that structural damage is evident they will be issued a daily fine for non compliance.
