NBC changed the testimoney... that makes it willful ... they weren't reporting...they were creating...that isnt covered by the first amendment.

You posted from a blog site that is clearly biased. I responded. It clearly states why your bullshit is just that... bullshit. Nowhere in the court documents did the station or the Akers state that they had 'a right to lie'. Nowhere.
So tell us Desh, why wouldn't that be in ANY of the court documents? Why would the FCC not close the station if what you say is true?
