I've been following the case and if I were the prosecutor? I would be having a field day!

Latest news? No signs of Trayvon being in a scuffle! Zimmerman's account doesn't add up says an expert!

Richard Kurtz, the funeral director who prepared Martin's body, was asked if there were any signs on his hands that he had punched someone.

"The only thing that I was able to see was the gunshot wound," Kurtz told The Last Word. "I could not see evidence like he had been punching somebody as the news media say he was punching ... It just did not add up to me."

Which seems to support Cutcher's story!

These two guys were in a life threatening fight to the death? Ummm no! I think Zimmerman had him pinned and it was the kid screaming! If it was zimmerman screaming? It was staged.

I'm still waiting for the medical report! Oh and initially zimmerman said he was jumped from behind, which contradicts the stories from ZImmerman's dad's account and Trayvon's girlfriend!

Eugene O'Donnell, of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, said the video shows "that it's beyond dispute that there are no serious injuries, physical injuries, he's not in a hospital."

There are other discrepancies in the story which I will not mention until I know he is gonna be prosecuted!

This witness "john" is full of it!
 
I'm not a fighter so this is not a rhetorical question. If there was a scuffle and Trayvon kicked GZ's ass, which would be highly likely because GZ seems like the type of person who couldn't beat up a stuff animal, would it necessarily show on his knuckles that he hit someone?

If you are in a slug fest odds are your knuckles are going to bruise. If you hit a guy in the nose, not so much. If you are banging the guys head on the pavement... not at all.

The 'expert' who looked at the video is simply stating an opinion, but what the video doesn't show is the fact that paramedics treated Martin prior to the cops bringing him into the station. Their report is what we need to see.

Highly likely? GZ is 5'9/250 lbs solidly built. Couldn't beat up a stuffed animal? Hardly. Martin is 62/6'3/140-160lbs. Making it very difficult for Martin to pin down a guy twice his weight unless he did some serious damage. Judging by the video? No such damage is seen. Also Zimmerman and his father's side of the story have the kid wailing on his face. Where are the bruises? The swelling?

If you hit someone hard enough yes, your knuckles would be bruised. Apparently this guy must have seen other cases and has the expertise to make a better judgement then most.
 
zimmermen wont be charged, and most definitely wont be convicted. trayvon deserved to die and you guys need to get over it. he was a thug and got pwned.

Zimmerman is a pussy. I don't care about his size he couldn't beat up my four year old niece. You think Trayvon is so weak he couldn't hit Zimmerman in the nose? Please.
 
DA has virtually no case against zimmerman. this whole thing has been media propghanda and a witch hunt. Zimmermen didn't break the law by trying to approach trayvon. that's his job.

If you bang someone's head repeatedly into the pavement, it's going to bleed...a lot. Can anyone see a bandage of ANY kind on the back of Zimmerman's head when he's brought into the jail?

Why all of a sudden are you ignoring Zimmerman's witness who claimed to see Martin on top of Zimmerman and hitting him repeatedly?

I think it is unlikely Trayvon broke zimmermans nose and HIGHLEY unlikely a 140lb skin and bone kid over powered a 5'9/250lb guy? Have you ever been in a fight? Thought so!

His job is to report stuff, not pursue suspects with a loaded weapon! Can he claim stand your ground? Nope. As soon as he pursued him he lost that defense. Can he claim self defense? He is going to have to prove is life was in danger and so far that doesn't seem to be the case!

If the kid had been the one that killed Zimmerman(in the same circumstance/reversed), he would be in jail right now

Conflicting stories. He says he was attacked from behind, father's story states he was confronted head on! First lie.

A witness says Zimmerman was straddling the dead body on his knees. What did he do? Shoot him and then get on top of him and pin him down when he was dead? I say Zimmerman was already on top!


The leading investigator states he was unconvinced by Zimmerman's story. And suggested charging him with manslaughter.The cops wanted to get an arrest warrant but was denied by the state attorney. Probably a buddy of zimmermans dad an ex-magistrate judge!

There is much much more incriminating evidence!

He found a guy twice his weight scuffled on the floor for give or take a minute and never got a bruise a hit or a scratch? How naive!

No; because the left are building a strawman on this.
They're using the phrase "scuffle" to make this look like both sides were exchanging punches.
If we take what was said, it is self explanatory.
When someone is punched in the nose, the eyes tear up, you lose focus, you become disoriented, and it's hard to defend yourself.
Banging someone's head on the ground, is not going to leave bruises on the attackers hands; unless he hits his hands on the ground while slamming the other persons head down.

Why can't those that think Zimmerman is guilty, at least stick to the FACTS and stop trying to make it look like their conjectures, assumptions, and suppositions are the truth?
