Bullshit. Metcalf had no right to take matters into his own hands. If he didn't like to see Anthony in his tent, get someone with authority to handle the situation.

You don't get it. The two were 17 years old, therefore not legally adults. They should have gotten an adult to straighten things out.

Doesn't matter, Kleaglette. If one person touches another without consent, under the law that's considered assault. That gives the right to self defense. If you were actually a "doctor" and an "advanced practice nurse" before that specialty existed, as you've claimed, you would know this. All of us as patients sign a permission to treat, which includes language permitting touching (even to help) by someone else. It's surprising that with all of your alleged years as a licensed health care professional, you are ignorant of this.

Asking someone to move is not a fight


It was escalated when the killer said touch me see what happens and punch me see what happens all because he was asked to move out of a team tent that he wasn't a part of


I went to a Vols game in 2008 the very bad season stadium was 30% full. So I moved down to the 10th row on the 40 yard line.

About 10 mins later a guy said those are my seats can you move. I didnt say touch me see what happens while reaching for a weapon. I moved
