My, my...some one has been touched by the paranoid fairy. Do you even know what our foreign aid budget is? We give out 23 billion in foreign aid. 37 billion if you include military aid which I don't since that is spent on our own self interest. Sound like a lot of money? It is but let's put that in perspective.
There are 20 people. That's 20 individual human beings, who's net worth is equal to or exceeds 23 billion dollars.
Foreign aid represents only 0.65% of the US Governments expenditures.
Foreign aid represents only 0.13% of US GDP
US Foreign aid represents only 0.9% of Russias GDP
US Foreign aid represents only 0.17 of China's GDP
US Foreign aid represents only 0.48% of Japan's GDP
Etc.
Now to point out the obvious in case your deficient in math skills...that US foreign aid is divided among around 163 nations or regions.
Oh...and in case you didn't notice...none of the nations listed in my examples receive ANY US foreign aid.
In other words in the grand scheme of things, unless your Egypt or Israel, as far as the rest of the world is concerned US foreign aid means exactly jack shit. Even in third world nations US foreign aid is a paltry drop in the bucket of their national economy.
Now please. Go get a clue.

Why shouldn’t they think a nation as big of a sucker as America has to be so fucking rich we can’t even keep track of all the money floating around in this country? If we can afford 13 nuclear aircraft carriers and the rest of the world only has one while China is building one and we spend more on national defense than the rest of the world combined and we can afford to have military bases out the ying-yang all over the world and we have enough Admirals and Generals to supply military leadership to the entire world and still have too many left over for ourselves why wouldn’t folks want to come here and cash in? Nobody is telling them that their children and grandchildren will have to pay off the ungodly national debt. What they don’t know won’t hurt them, huh?
