"Misgendering" has to do with using the wrong pronouns for transgender people, not "non-binary".

Incorrect. Non binary is one of the nonsensical number of recognized genders. It is quite possible to misgender someone who thinks their gender is non binary.

No it is not. "Non-binary" simply means neither male nor female.

It's quite simple. Using statistics, you can predict the number of "non-binary" people there. Recall that it's for women and "non-binary", not men. Those are men, period.

I can't believe you think anyone can identify as "non-binary". Besides, it wouldn't look good on application if you pretended to be one just to get ahead of women.
